It's sadly painted with a dark brown reddish paint. I might shabby chic it! The seller says it still works! I think it would be cool done in white.
And this shadow box frame clock..$5.00..I'm going to remove the do-daddies in the boxes on each side of the clock, and add family photos. Note-the little sunflower board over to the left...another piece painted by me sometime in the past..rescued and brought home..I'll revive it with color and varnish and It's all mine again..
Lastly: a cool Roto-photo thingy $1.00, tin box of Little Golden books Go Fish cards- 50 cents!, and the yellow place mats also $1.00!

What are you going to do with thos yellow place mats? Is that what they are...? I love that color! You gotta paint something cool on those, or an applque! Can't wait to see! Hey, those would cute as panels in a tablecloth..or part of a cool jacket? use that sewing machine...!!!!
Cindy, I didn't paint on them yet. But they were dirt cheap and I had to have them..I think I got them for $1.Same sale I found the metal chicks.
They look great like they are, and match my multi country color kitchen.
The sewing machine done in white does not work, but the other one like your grandmother's Does work. I don't sew all that good.
